straightforward accesscramped roomineffective air conditioning
the location was acceptable. it made getting around fairly straightforward.
The room was smaller than i anticipated, it felt quite cramped with luggage. additionally, the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. Sleep was a bit difficult. the air conditioning seemed ineffective, even after adjusting the settings, the room remained stuffy.

The room was cleaned daily! complimentary toiletries and chocolates were provided each day. the location was very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room felt very small. there was a broken balcony, disappointing. i also didn't like that i was asked for my bank card upon check-in. I felt it should have been disclosed before i booked.
